Chapter 01 — the desert is undefeated

Vegas is brutal on pool water.

115° days dissipate chlorine

Ultraviolet radiation degrades free chlorine within hours during peak summer, not over days. Unless cyanuric acid is maintained in its proper range, Tuesday's treatment is depleted by Thursday and algae establishes itself over the weekend.

Valley water runs hard

Las Vegas tap water is among the hardest in the country, at roughly 290 parts per million of dissolved calcium and magnesium. Left unmanaged, it scales tile, clouds plaster and shortens the life of salt cells and heaters. We measure calcium hardness on every visit.

Dust storms fill a pool overnight

A single valley dust storm can leave a fine layer of silt across the entire floor and shelf. We vacuum the basin thoroughly, brush the walls and steps, then clean the filter — rather than letting that sediment settle into the plaster and stain it.

Chapter 02 — the 21-point visit

Same day, same tech, same checklist.

  1. Skim, brush, vacuumSurface, waterline, steps and every wall — not just the parts you can see from the patio.
  2. Baskets and filter pressurePump and skimmer baskets emptied, filter pressure logged, cartridge cleaned on schedule.
  3. Full chemistry panelChlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness and salt — read on site, not guessed.
  4. Dose and balanceChemicals adjusted to your pool's actual volume and surface, then re-tested before we leave.
  5. Equipment walk and photo reportPump, heater and automation checked, then a timestamped photo report lands on your phone.

Chapter 03 — balance, watched

Scroll it into range.

This is the part nobody sees: three numbers that decide whether your water is safe, clear and easy on plaster. We log them every single visit and you get all of them.

8.4 pH in range
0.2 ppm Free chlorine in range
620 ppm Calcium hardness in range

Target bands shown in aqua. Readings outside them are corrected on the visit, not on the next one.

Chapter 04 — receipts

Drag the handle. That is the same pool.

Pricing is an estimate. The figures above reflect a typical valley pool. Pool size, surface condition, equipment and yard access all move the number, so we confirm your exact rate in writing after we see the pool in person. The water test and the quote are free either way — and the price we put in writing is the price you pay.

“Our pool was a swamp after we bought the house. BubbleTech had it swimmable in five days and it has not moved since.”

Marisol R. — Southwest LV

“I get a photo and the full chemistry every Tuesday afternoon. I have never once had to ask whether they came.”

Dan K. — Seven Hills

“They caught a failing salt cell before it took the board with it. That call saved me about nine hundred dollars.”
